Question by syber_wolf_02: my ex wife is trying to sue me for 2nd mortgage that she refinance on her own will. Am I liable for this?
She got house in divorce. The agreement is states in one place I am responsible but in another place it stated she is liable. She combined 2nd morgage to first mortgage to make one payment.

This would depend on your divorce decree. You should ask an attorney. You would not want to sign papers and give yourself additional liability- and yet again it may be in your best interest. You better ask the lawyer guy.
