Is there any way to get a straight mortgage rate reduction? I have a mortgage through Chase that is currently 7.625% and I would like to ge that reduced given the current low interest rates but I don’t know if I can refinance.

Youa regoing to have to talk t them and ask about the various programs they have and that the government has available. If that doesnt’ help talk around to various brokers or NACA
