I have A ARM that is going to adjust in april. I need to refinance however my current mortgage company has ruined my credit. Any suggestions on what I can do I need to refinance.

Try talking to your mortgage company to see if the will renegotiate your terms. They can do a “modification” of the terms if they agree.
