Question by livia till: What are the differences between going to different lenders for a Mortgage refinancing?
I am working with my original lender to refinance my house, but I’m curious as to what advantages I have of looking somewhere else. Can the rates be lower from one lender to another or does the market pretty much make it the same for all?

the best party is to go to a mortgage broker as they shop for all the best deals around and will get you the best deal that you can qualify for. Your bank will give you the deal that makes them the most money and they are not acting in your best interest but their own.
