Question by Alex M: What could help me to modify(refinance) my mortgage?
We have 100% finance with WF bank.After I lost my job my income dropped twice.We still able to pay mortgage ,but all money we make go to the bank.I have some Debs on credit card.Bank told me I need to increase income.
Did anyone was at the same boat?

After you try to negotiate with your mortgage.
By either letting you skip payments, reduced payments, or interest only payments.
If they don’t budge go to hopenow.com
I heard about this HUD program on CNN
They will call your mtg company and restructure your loan for free.
The goverment is trying to prevent more foreclosures.
