I would treat a company advising on US mortgages using a belgian wb address with suspicion
My suspicions are further raised by the small flag next to “contact us” – I cant quite make out which country’s flag it is but it is not USA or Belgium (thats vertical red, yellow black stripes)
Personally I wouldn’t trust them
