Is that a question? The only requirement is that the mortgage company is licensed to do business in your state. Large mortgage companies like Ditek and Quicken Loans are licensed in all states, but headquartered in just one. These compaies often offer better rates and lower costs for the average borrower.

DO NOT REFINANCE, THAT IS A SCAM FROM THE BANKS, IS PUTTING ANOTHER LOAN ON TOP OF THE ONE U ALREADY HAVE, THE BANKS ARE CRIMINALS DO NOT TRUST THEM. THE BEST THING IS TO GO LOCALLY WITH A SMALL BANK. AND TALK FACE TO FACE.

  3. My Take on It says:

    That sounds dangerous.

    But, what is the question?

  4. Quicken Loans says:

This is actually pretty common. We’re an online company and close loans in all 50 states through communication with phone and email. So, don’t be too worried about the lack of face to face contact. Now, if your company isn’t serving your needs or communicating well, and this is what’s worrying you, then that’s a different issue, but rest assured that online mortgage companies are a legitimate thing 🙂
