I too had similar credit scores and ended up getting a rate of 10% but then I found Trinity Credit services. What a god send. They cleared up my credit and raised my score from the low 500’s to 752 in 35 days. They are a little pricey but well worth it when you get better rates you save well over that. They cleared up all collection accounts, late payments, and mortgage lates. What a miracle. Years of merged credit with other familly members, other people, and my own bad credit wiped away in a little of a month. Give them a call or research them on line thats where I found them

Sell your house to a relative you can trust that has a better score and let him get the loan.

Some good answers, there are a couple of lenders that may lend, depending on the appraisal, with your 590 score…. check around your local area for a mortgage Consultant! I’ve been a financial planner, credit councilor but they aren’t the loan experts that you may think.
