Homeowners will refinance at a higher rate and extend payments. Whats this clown thinking?

We refinanced to get a lower interest rate, thus giving us more money available. That’s why we refinance or anyone would refinance. It has nothing to do with President Obama. I have no idea what you are talking about and I don’t think you know either.

    Your discussion is false. The refi is done at a lower rate with, possibly, a portion of the mortgage balance excused. As a conservative, what are you thinking?
