Question by Damn those pink elephants!: Is there refinancing or HELOC options for people with serious past delinquency’s on their mortgage payment?
Especially if the delinquency was rather recent, like 4 months ago, and, it was very severe, like, 120 days late.

there is nothing for you ..sorry but 120 is look at as a foreclosure
